The perfect automation for depaneling
The LPKF LoadingMaster 2000 is an automation solution designed and manufactured by LPKF. It is based on many years of experience in the field of laser depaneling systems. The handling system is characterized by a compact design, the resulting small footprint, and the wide range of integrated functions. The handling system combines loading and unloading of workpiece carriers, sorting into blisters or boxes, and disposal of remaining frames in a single housing.
Thanks to high-performance axis systems and the enclosed housing, handling times for panels and singulated printed circuit boards are reduced to a minimum. Loading and unloading largely take place in parallel with the cutting process of another panel. The LoadingMaster platform can be modified to the specific requirements of the customer and his applications, thus ensuring individual adaptability.
Synergies from hardware and software
Simple and fast operability is supported by both the hardware and the software. The magazines for blisters or boxes, for example, can be loaded and unloaded quickly, conveniently and safely. Separate magazine positions allow individual division between empty and to-be-filled boxes/blisters as well as magazines intended for rejected parts. Through the graphical user interface and especially the digital twin, recipes of the system can be created, adjusted and tested (also offline). The modeling can preventively avoid potential errors, such as collisions. The LoadingMaster 2000 is of course compatible with the CuttingMaster 2000 and 3000 series and can be retrofitted. The SMEMA interfaces enable communication with upstream and downstream modules. Non-productive times of the CuttingMaster systems, for example for loading and unloading, are reduced to a minimum by the LoadingMaster 2000, creating further synergies that unleash the full potential of the systems.
