The LoadingMaster 2100 extends the automation solution based on the LoadingMaster 2000. With highest performance, small footprint and four times longer autonomous operation, the LoadingMaster 2100 unleashes the full potential of the market leading CuttingMaster systems.

The perfect automation solution for depaneling

The LPKF LoadingMaster 2100 is the next automation system for laser depaneling developed and manufactured by LPKF. It is based on the many years of experience and the concept of the LoadingMaster 2000. Compared to this, the LoadingMaster 2100 offers further advantages and additional functions. For example, LM 2100 can be operated autonomously - i.e. without user intervention - for up to four times as long. As before, the handling system combines all the necessary work steps, i.e. loading and unloading of workpiece carriers, sorting into boxes with intermediate layers and disposal of remaining tabs, in a single housing.

Thanks to high-performance axis systems and the closed housing, handling times for panels, boxes (including intermediate layers) and individual printed circuit boards are reduced to a minimum. Loading and unloading largely take place in parallel with the cutting process of another panel. The LoadingMaster platform can be adapted to the specific requirements of the customer and his applications, thus ensuring individual adaptability

Versatile synergies from hardware and software

Simple and fast operation is ensured by both the hardware and the software. For convenient loading and unloading, boxes are used in which assembled panels or separate PCBs with intermediate layers are stacked. Recipes can be created, adjusted and tested centrally via the computer of the connected CuttingMaster using a graphical user interface via a digital twin of the system (also offline). Modeling can preventively avoid potential errors, such as collisions. The LoadingMaster 2000 is of course compatible with the CuttingMaster 2000 and 3000 series and can be retrofitted. The SMEMA interface enables communication with upstream and downstream modules. Non-productive times of the CuttingMaster systems, for example loading and unloading, are reduced to a minimum by the LoadingMaster 2100, creating further synergies that unleash the full potential of the systems.
